Returns Policy

Baby Belle will process your return request in the following circumstances:
STANDARD STOCK ITEMS-
      • If you are not happy with your purchase or have made an error with your purchase and wish to exchange or return your purchase, you may do so within 10 (ten) business days of purchase. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging along with the original invoice. The customer may choose either a store credit, exchange or refund. You may be charged a handling fee, a collection fee and/or a usage fee.

 

      • Please take note that for public health reasons, we do not allow the return of linen products.  If, however, your linen products arrive damaged we will refund or replace them when we are at fault.

FURNITURE ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER- 

Baby Belle does not offer refunds or exchange on any items made to order. In the unfortunate event of a defective piece, the onus is on the client to supply images of the defect in order to establish the problem. After defect has been identified,  the responsibility lies with the buyer to return the item in its original, unused condition before an exchange or repair will be considered
We offer the following methods for returns: 

Refund or Exchange via Courier 
Baby Belle offers to facilitate your packaging and return via our preferred couriers on your behalf. The cost of the packaging and return will be for the buyer’s account. Payment must be received before courier will be scheduled to collect the parcel. 
Simply email info@babybelle.co.za to request to return items. 

Physically altered, partially disassembled or damaged product may not be returned or exchanged in terms of this section. Baby Belle will check the condition of products presented for exchange or returned accordingly.
  • Once the return has reached our warehouse, the product will be inspected before the return or repair is processed.
