1. Does Baby Belle have a bricks and mortar store?
No, we are an online store only.

2. Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes! We operate countrywide and deliver anywhere in South Africa.

3. Is delivery included?
Delivery is not included. We will quote separately on delivery costs as these are dependent on the size of the order as well as client location.

4. How do I purchase Baby Belle products?
You can purchase our standard stock items via our online store and for all furniture and decor orders, you will be assisted by Pascale personally.

7. How do I return an order once it has been delivered?
In the unfortunate event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it to us in its original packaging and we will gladly replace or refund the product. We only offer exchange or refunds on standard stock items and any furniture is made to order and will not be refunded. Please note that in the unfortunate event your item is defective, it is to be returned to us in its original packaging, unused in order for an inspection to establish the defect. Should Baby Belle deem the product defective, you will be refunded or the product exchanged. Packaging and shipping costs will be for the customers account should Baby Belle facilitate the return.

8. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Stock items will be shipped within 2-3 days of ordering and made to order orders will be confirmed on placement.

9. What are Baby Belle’s payment terms?
We have various payment options. If you are purchasing standard stock items full payment is required on placing your order. If you are ordering furniture and lead time items we require a 70% deposit and balance before dispatch. Any custom and furniture orders are to be paid via EFT. Please be advised we do not accept cash deposits.
All online purchases can be paid via credit card or our accounts department can manually invoice should you wish to pay via EFT.
